This newly renovated cottage has seasonal partial lake views, beautiful mature gardens and a year round hot tub!
The house is fully equipped with all basic amenities and then some.
Venture out on a short drive around the lake to visit the wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping!
Located in a private community with shared lake access for swimming just a couple minute walk from the cottage.

The space

3 bedroom/1 bath cottage with year round outdoor 6-person hot tub on premise and only a 0.1 mile walk to a scenic swimming beach.
Open kitchen and dining area w/dishwasher, vaulted ceilings, skylight & a gas fireplace. There is a bonus patio room space off the living area that is great for relaxing and sipping on coffee/tea.
Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV(bring your app logins) and clothing storage.
The space is suitable for a max of 6 adults only, no children. Smoking is prohibited inside the home. No animals of any kind allowed.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home, secluded outdoor space and year round hot tub!

***Outdoor furniture, fire table and games will be available May through September.
**Private community lake access is a rocky beach and swim shoes are recommended. Personal floats allowed, but no fishing in this area.
*Portable air conditioning unit will be available May through September.
